Standard Cleaning (Maintenance / Recurring)$0.30 per sq ft
Example: 1200 sq ft home → $360.00
Best for weekly/biweekly/monthly clients (dusting, floors, bathrooms, light kitchen).
Deep Cleaning (One-Time / Detailed)$0.45 ~ per sq ft
Example: 1200 sq ft home → $540.00
When regular cleaning isn’t enough, our Deep Cleaning service resets your entire home. We spend the extra time get into the areas most companies skip — behind appliances, under furniture edges, inside corners, and detailed scrubbing of kitchens and bathrooms. Typically scheduled for first-time clients, seasonal, or move-in/out cleans.
Larger homes (3,000+ sq ft) → Discounted! Please contact us for discount.Add-ons ( house exterior, outside windows, carpet, upholstery etc...) are extra charge.

I would rate them 10,000/10 if I could. I recently moved into a new rental home that had clearly received the ‘landlord special’ cleaning service, which is to say it didn’t feel like the space was clean enough for me relax, let alone start my new life in. I reached out to Mela and asked if she does deep cleans. When I say “deep clean” I am talking about scrubbing grout, unscrewing fans, cleaning out drains, vacuuming window screens, cleaning every nook and cranny you can possibly think of! Great news- Mela also has the same definition of Deep Clean. She immediately understood what I wanted and assured me that she would get my space ready for my new life. Mela and Bat arrived on time with all of the tools necessary to do the job. They didn’t use harsh cleaners, so at no point was there wasn’t an offensive chemical smell. Mela and Bat spent 8 HOURS cleaning every corner of this home. I have NEVER in my life had a cleaner more thorough, careful, and thoughtful with my space. I am so utterly impressed with the attention to detail and effort they put in. Mela is a very honest and trust worthy and clearly takes a lot of pride in the business she has built. Not only did they do a great job, but they were also simply kind communicative people. Truly, I cannot recommend them enough. I wish I had them for every previous cleaning job but lucky to have found them now.

Mela and Bat are awesome! They are so responsive to requests and are very diligent in how they run their business. Mela did a phenomenal job cleaning a rental apartment for me. She was meticulous and got behind every crevice. She even moved the range that was wedged in and very difficult to access in order to get to the back of it and clean thoroughly. She's also a sweetheart and such a pleasant person to have met. I'll definitely use In The Bay Cleaning again.

We were looking for cleaners for our Airbnb unit on the coast and we were lucky to stumble across Bat and Mela of In The Bay Cleaning. They have been exceptional! Reliable, timely, thoughtful in their choices and going above and beyond even without us asking. They always provide photos and sometimes videos (as needed) after the unit is done. After they demonstrated their work on a wood cutting board, we'll also be having them refinish a wood island top that's looking a little rough. We're so happy to be working with them!
