We’re Bat and Mela, a husband-and-wife team with over 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry. What began as a way to support our family has grown into a passion for helping people enjoy cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable spaces.

Mela and Bat are awesome! They are so responsive to requests and are very diligent in how they run their business. Mela did a phenomenal job cleaning a rental apartment for me. She was meticulous and got behind every crevice. She even moved the range that was wedged in and very difficult to access in order to get to the back of it and clean thoroughly. She's also a sweetheart and such a pleasant person to have met. I'll definitely use In The Bay Cleaning again.

I had an outstanding experience with Bat from In the Bay Cleaning! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to ensure I received top quality service. He clearly explained the entire process step by step. His carpet cleaning was thorough, neat and very tidy. Unlike traditional steam cleaning, the products he used didn’t leave my carpet soaking wet or take days to dry. The results were fantastic. Highly recommended!
